LOCAL LANDMARKS

A Local Landmark is a property or building that is deemed worthy of preservation because of its historic merit. Landmarks are not required to have restrictions; however, this would be determined during the application process. Restrictions could be placed on interior or exterior elements if they depict historical significance.

To become a Local Landmark, contact the City’s Community Development Department at 573-874-7239 or at planning@como.gov.
